I’m not suggesting this makes the Portofino cockpit-ready, but it does take it out from beneath the sleeve of a suit and comfortably places its aesthetic in line with a country club brunch. The verdict

Alongside copper, the bronze used here also contains aluminum and iron. According to IWC, this specific composition makes the alloy around 50 percent harder than standard bronze. Developing more patina over time, the contrast to the polished gold-toned hands will therefore increase.
